This law aims to improve the relationship between the administration and its users by allowing them to accomplish their formalities in the best conditions and in the shortest time.
The provisions of this law enshrine several important principles, including the establishment of trust, transparency, simplification of formalities, cost reduction, monitoring the continuous improvement of service quality, proximity and justification of decisions, the ADII said in a circular published recently.
Under this law, ADII users are no longer required to produce more than one copy of the documents and papers constituting their files, to legalize their signature and to provide certified true copies.
