HM the King expressed to Sultan Qaboos "His pride at the strong brotherhood ties and mutual consideration, that bind us personally" and his deep appreciation for the excellent relations of fruitful cooperation and active solidarity between the two countries, reaffirming his determination to work together with Sultan Qaboos to further reinforce and expand opportunities to reach the level of an exemplary partnership, and to contribute to the achievement of complementarity and integration between the countries of the Arab-Islamic Ummah.

   HM the King also extended warmest congratulations and best wishes of health and happiness to Sultan Qaboos, and of progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Oman, under the leadership of their sovereign.

    HM the King implores the Almighty to grant long life, health and happiness to Sultan Qaboos, to perpetuate blessings upon him and to crown with success his efforts to fulfill the prosperity and progress of the Omani people.
