The Sovereign expresses, in this message, to President Touadéra his sincere congratulations, wishing the people of the Central African Republic further prosperity.

On this occasion, HM the King reiterates his attachment to the deep ties of fraternity and solidarity which bind the two countries, underlining his determination to work with President Touadéra to turn cooperation between Morocco and the Central African Republic into a sustainable and prosperous partnership in order to serve the interests of the two peoples and of the African continent.
