The Sovereign expresses in the message his warmest congratulations to Mr. Castillo, wishing him every success in his high office to meet the aspirations of the Peruvian people for further progress and prosperity.

On this occasion, HM the King welcomes fruitful cooperation and effective solidarity which bind the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Peru, underlining his determination to work together with the Peruvian President to further strengthen these relations in various sectors and raise them to the level of the solid friendship ties between the two peoples in order to serve their joint interests.
