The exhibition includes photographs tracing the journey in 2008 of nearly 700 children of the Al-Quds in the Kingdom, in one of the demonstrations of solidarity with the Palestinian people and actions carried out by the Agency in support of the resistance of the population of the holy city.
In a statement to MAP, the director in charge of the management of the Agency, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, highlighted the close and distinguished relations that have always existed between Moroccans and Palestinians, as evidenced by the lively photographs of youth who have experienced moments of joy and elation during their trip to Morocco.
He welcomed the benevolence and effective supervision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Agency's actions, which draws an additional source of motivation to accomplish its missions and pursue its objectives of support to the inhabitants of Al-Quds, like the summer camps from which groups of children from the holy city benefit, under the high patronage of the Sovereign, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee.
For his part, the coordinator of the Agency's projects in the city of Al-Quds, Ismail Al-Ramli, recalled that this institution has fulfilled, since its inception, its mission in preserving the cultural heritage of the holy city and safeguarding its Arab-Islamic character.
The Agency focuses its operations on the economic and social sector, with the aim of triggering a dynamic of development and optimization of the exploitation of resources, he explained in a statement by video conference.
