In a meeting with Moroccan ambassador in Manama Ahmed Rachid Khattabi, the Bahraini official noted that this active role by HM the King was given concrete substance through the fostering of the values ​​of tolerance, coexistence and spiritual convergence, in addition to showing the real image of Islam.

After underlining the historical ties between Morocco and Bahrain, Al Miftah underscored the will of the leaders of the two sister nations to strengthen cooperation and coordination at the different forums, meetings and joint projects.

The two sides also reviewed ways to bolster bilateral cooperation in the religious field, following the signing by the two countries of a cooperation agreement in this area.

On this occasion, Khattabi handed an invitation from the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs to Farid Ben Yaakoub Al Miftah and Sharia Court Secretary Sheikh Adnan El Kattan to attend the religious lectures of the holy month of Ramadan.
